What are the shipping costs?

Shipping to non rural addresses is a flat rate of $15 and an extra $5 for rural addresses this covers everything from boxes, to bubble wrap to the shipping itself to ensure everything arrives to you safely. There may be times when a larger piece will have higher priced shipping this would be written in the description,

Can they break during shipping?

Yes they can things like antennae, small bones, cicada abdomens etc are fragile plus the overall specimen itself and this is buyers risk with shipping. Decor can also come loose while shipping too such as moss, flowers etc

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes! If you are a Southland local we offer pick up from Wyndham located 30 minutes out of Invercargill
